Chris is a big strategic thinker and sees connections no-one else has thought of. A seasoned facilitator he loves the challenge of presenting and thinking on his feet. Passionate about making a difference and helping others realise their potential.

Penny is more grounded and practical, enjoys the challenge of making complex ideas tangible and loves helping technical and non-technical people understand each other.  Quietly creative with an ability to cut through to the core issues.
