Personal Review

Your application has been received and is now entering our formal review phase. Unlike generic management workshops, we maintain a rigorous selection process to ensure that every member of the small cohort shares the same high-level technical context and professional pressures. We are selecting not just a cohort, but the founding members of a community designed to last.

Chris or Penny Hamlin will personally review your application within 5 working days. We evaluate each submission to ensure that the 6-month sustained development arc—and its focus on Complexity Science and Systems Thinking—is the correct fit for your current leadership challenges. Our goal is to build a balanced group of technically-minded peers who can effectively challenge and support one another through the programme.

Roadmap to Booking

To provide you with procedural certainty, here are the technical steps that follow the submission of your application:

  1. Initial Contact: Chris or Penny will review your application and may arrange a short clarifying conversation to understand your specific leadership context.

  2. Formal Offer: If your application is successful, you will receive a formal offer of a place in the Founding Cohort via email.

  3. Securing Your Place: To formally hold your seat, you will be asked to enrol and pay a booking fee.

  4. The Deduction Protocol: Please note that the booking fee is not an additional charge; it is fully deducted from your total programme investment once the cohort is confirmed.

  5. Preparation (Module 0): Once enrolled, you will receive instructions for Module 0, including your Emergenetics psychometric assessment, the scheduling of your first 1:1 coaching session, and your onboarding into the EvolveCollective digital environment: your first introduction to the community you will be joining.

Your Protections

Even after securing your place, your investment is protected by our transparent booking policy:

  • 14-Day Right to Cancel: You have a 14-day statutory and voluntary right to cancel from the date of booking for a full refund of your booking fee.

  • Technical Exceptions: After this 14-day period, we permit qualified colleague substitutions until three weeks before cohort start date, and offer full refunds if the programme is cancelled or postponed by HancockHamlin.
